Customizable Viewing Area
A customizable Viewing Area allows the user flexibilty to display everything that needs to be seen. View video from any of the cameras on the network. All registered cameras on your network are grouped into location and zone. Thumbnails of the video stream are displayed at the top of the screen, based on the location and zone selected. These images can be drag-and droped onto the viewing area, and changed to any size.
Variable Display Size
When using the SXGA monitor, a maximum of 35 screens of live and recorded images can be displayed or played back simultaneously (up to 24 screens for the XGA). The VK-16 v2.0 software does only support 16 different live cameras.
Full Screen Function
The Full Screen Function allows the user to enlarge the viewer layout to full screen. In addition, the timeline and camera selector areas can be hidden when maximum viewing area is necessary.
View Live and Recorded Video
Review pre-recorded video while simultaneously maintaining surveillance of live cameras. Video can be seen from a single location at different times, or playback can be synchronized with other cameras.
Pop Up Function
Automatically displays video on the camera when motion detection or a sensory event occurs. This prevents important scenes from being overlooked.
Status Bar
A status bar at the bottom of the screen displays total frame rate, CPU, the number of video windows in the layout, and the current display event.

FCS-3031 is a Dome Type PoE Network Camera for consumer markets. This IP Camera comes with a highquality progressive 1/4
CMOS sensor. It also streams real-time audio and video in MPEG4/MJPEG video compression formats over a PoE enabled LAN network or in 3GPP compression format for streaming over a 3G mobile network.

Despite its compact size, FCS-3031 features fixed focus lens, two-way audio capability, and excellent video quality. IEEE 802.3af PoE compliant, users can install the camera without concerns about the power outlet located near the camera for easy deployment of a PoE enable LAN network.
Passive InfraRed (PIR) Sensor
When people pass by or in an emergency situation, the built-in PIR motion detection sensor will
detect
and start recording automatically, which is able to detect movement up to 5 meters away. When motion is detected at the specified regions, the additional function of alarm notification can send an E-mail alert or send captured images via FTP upload to a designated storage server.
Bundled LevelOne IP CamSecure Lite
FCS-3031 comes bundled with the LevelOne IP CamSecure Lite Surveillance Management Software. This allows users to monitor cameras up to 32 channels simultaneously.

Complete Ethernet VLAN and multicast functions
The VES-1624FT-55A provides Ethernet VLAN features for both security and performance purposes. A VLAN is used to isolate traffics between different users/applications in order to provide better security and performance. By limiting broadcast traffics within the VLAN broadcasting domain, the performance can be enhanced. The IGMP snooping function is provided in VES-1624FT-55A to prevent unnecessary multicast traffic forwarding to all subscribers, thus optimizing bandwidth utilization for multicast applications such as broadcast video.
MVLAN consolidates same video stream requested by different VLANs
The multicast VLAN feature checks all VLANs to see if some have requested the same video stream. If they have, only one request instead of many will be issued and the stream is distributed to all requesting VLANs. The total amount of the video streams can be reduced significantly as a result.
Service Differentiation from Rate Limiting
In order to fulfill different customer needs, service providers need a network infrastructure that combines guaranteed performance and flexibility in service provisioning. Rate limiting on subscriber ports allows services to step up with 64Kbps increments for service providers to offer tiered services.
Upstream Access Control Mechanism
The VES-1624FT-55A supports not only 802.1x port-based access control for subscriber authentication, but also defines a limited number of MAC addresses that can access the network from a particular port. This feature denies unauthorized access to the DSCAM to significantly enhance network security. Another access control feature is the capability to limit the number of users (MAC addresses) that can access the network simultaneously on a per-port basis, allowing the service provider to offer flexible billing plans. Besides that, VES-1624FT-55A provides per-port packet classification rules based on the header information of up to layer 4 and the corresponding action rules to manipulate the matched packets as needed.
DHCP Snooping
The VES-1616FE-55A provides a DHCP snooping mechanism to prevent users from using static IP addresses. If a port is DHCP-enabled, IP packets from the port cannot pass through the line card if the IP address of the packets are not leased by the DHCP snooping mechanism.
Expanded Revenue Opportunity
In addition to the VDSL2 PTM mode service, the VES-1624FT-55A also provides an ADSL2+ fallback feature. When the feature is turned on, the line card detects if one of the customer devices is an ADSL2/2+ CPE, and the operation mode of the corresponding port is switched to ADSL2/2+, and a corresponding connection is established through the port to the customer device. This feature empowers VES-1624FT-55A to become a suitable solution for Telco operators to start the migration from ADSL2+ to VDSL2 services.
Double-tagging Service
The VES-1624FT-55A provides IEEE 802.1ad VLAN stacking functions. When enabled, the function can add provider's s-tag for incoming c-tag frames without checking c-tag value, add s-tag to untagged incoming frames, or add c-tag and s-tag simultaneously to untagged incoming frames. The added tags will be removed while frames move toward subscribers. Moreover, different ports can apply the same s-tag and c-tag values. With the mechanism, operators can easily identify traffics from different users/applications and route the traffics to corresponding ISPs.
Various Band Plans Support Different Applications
The DS1 frequency band of the 17a profile starts at 138 kHz and the edge frequency of the upper band of the 17a profile is 17.664 MHz. The VDSL2 profiles are programmable and they can automatically adapt to each VDSL2 line according to the conditions.

DVI-D resolutions up to 1920x1200@60Hz and 1080p are supported along with analog DVI-A (or HD15 via optional adaptor) resolutions up to 2048x2048 at virtually any refresh rate. A wide variety of computer signal formats are available to support PC, Mac and Workstation formats.
The 1T-C2-750 can also be used as a Seamless Switcher device, enabling the user to toggle between the two DVI inputs with instantaneous cuts. Two Still Image Stores are built into the unit which can store ten graphic images each to be used in place of one or both of the DVI-I inputs to add custom logos or backgrounds.
All settings are stored in non-volatile memory and are retained even when power is switched off. Ten user defined presets (two controlled from the front panel) are also available to customize settings for various applications. An On-Screen Display is available to assist in setup.
